it's a party and everyone is invited

Well, its all happening. Eden is eating regularly (although still only very little amounts)...and, for the most part, he is feeding himself! His favourite foods are all of those that phil hates - cucumber and tomato being the top 2. Tomorrow we're going to start on cooked foods. The advice is to make them soft enough to be able to mush in your mouth with your tongue. We'll see how that venture goes!

(this banana didn't go so well, as he immediately squashed it between his fingers and couldn't find it to get into his mouth!)

He has also suddenly discovered how to use his baby bouncer. He has always enjoyed it, but only moved a little bit. On Friday, however, I put him in it and he immediately started going crazy - bouncing, jumping and dancing. It was HILARIOUS. He does it every time now. I'm going to video it soon. He gets really tired though but as soon as he is partially in the harness, away his little legs go...and getting him out is complicated. It starts with some whinging, so I'll give him his dummy but he won't stop bouncing to get it to his mouth...he simply keeps his mouth wide open and bounces harder!!!!!!

we're still sleeping terribly. some nights are worse than others. last night was extremely bad... so i took 2 naps today! this definitely needs to be sorted out, but i'm not sure how. the past few nights he's been restless but he never is awake in the middle of the night, just crying and trying to sleep. Phil says that its me keep eden up all night... i think he's mistaken!

(i can't seem to add the photos i want to add. i'll speak to phil about this and sort it out!)

i love the image of you trying to find Eden's mouth while he jumps around- good luck on that-
so nice to see the new picture- looking forward to the video and other picture-
so interesting the way you are introducing food to Eden- have you tried applesauce or is that something you will use soon- you would obviously have to feed it to him-
thanks for the blog
